This is Happy looking unhappy. She's my godchildren's dog. She's joining the canine fashion show at People's Park Davao.
As I was taking this picture, I couldn't help wonder what this cutie was thinking. She's probably saying "Just because you're all taller than me doesn't mean you have the right to dress me up like a chicken!'
